Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
UK Standard delivery takes 5-10 business days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes , all UK orders over £50 qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under £50 are charged £3.99 for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding to other regions , sign up to our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as PayPal. All transactions are processed securely with SSL encryption.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us at contact@stylehess.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has shipped, changes cannot be made.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please get in touch and we will check with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our full Return Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days of us receiving your returned item. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

What is moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone with exceptional brilliance and fire — it actually has more sparkle than diamond. Our moissanite is D-Color (colourless) with VVS1 clarity, the highest grades available. It is created in a controlled laboratory environment with no mining required.
Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. All Stylehess pieces are made from 925 sterling silver, which is hypoallergenic. Our silver is rhodium-plated for extra durability and a lasting shine.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Store pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Remove jewellery before swimming, showering, or exercising. Clean gently with a soft polishing cloth. Avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals.
