Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using https://stylehess.com (the "Site") operated by POLYSHE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16411434), with its registered address at 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase on this Site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable
• We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly due to the nature of handcrafted settings and natural light conditions during photography
• Moissanite gemstones are lab-created and may display slight variations in colour and brilliance between individual stones — this is normal and not a defect
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per customer

4. Orders and Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability
• Payment is processed at the time of order via Shopify Payments or PayPal. All payment transactions are encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant
• If payment fails, your order will not be processed

5. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason ("cooling-off period"). To exercise this right, notify us at contact@stylehess.com before the 14-day period expires. Once cancelled, we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

This right does not apply to: earrings (for hygiene reasons, once opened), items marked as Final Sale, gift cards, or custom/personalised items.

6. Product Warranty

• All Stylehess jewellery comes with a

12-month warranty

• from the date of delivery covering:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Loose stone settings resulting from normal wear
• Tarnishing of rhodium plating under normal conditions

• The warranty does not cover:
• Damage from misuse, accidents, or improper care
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or chlorinated water
• Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
• Items purchased from unauthorised resellers

To make a warranty claim, contact us at contact@stylehess.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect.

6a. Your Statutory Rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Under this Act, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty, you may be entitled to:

• A full refund within 30 days of purchase
• A repair or replacement within 6 months of purchase (if a repair or replacement is not possible, you are entitled to a full refund)
• A partial refund after 6 months if the goods do not last a reasonable time

These statutory rights are in addition to our voluntary 12-month warranty and 30-day returns policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, designs, product photography, and graphic elements — is owned by POLYSHE LTD or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited Use

• You agree not to:
• Use the Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or databases
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's functionality or security features
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content or data from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Site to transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, POLYSHE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

13. Alternative Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises and we are unable to resolve it directly, you may refer the matter to a certified alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently obliged to participate in ADR, but for information and voluntary resolution support, you may contact ProMediate (certified by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute, available at promediate.co.uk). 14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
