1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placement (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). During busy periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Options

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking included. Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • All orders include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched:
  • You will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number
  • Track your parcel at royalmail.com/track-your-item
  • Please allow 24-48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active

5. Delivery Attempts and Collection

  • If you are not home at the time of delivery:
  • Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
  • Parcels may be held at your local Royal Mail delivery office for up to 18 days
  • After 18 days, undelivered parcels are returned to us

6. Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please: 1. Check your tracking status at royalmail.com 2. Allow an additional 2-3 business days (Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays) 3. If still not received, contact us at contact@stylehess.com with your order number

Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged: 1. Take photos of the packaging and the item before discarding anything 2. Contact us at contact@stylehess.com within 48 hours of delivery (we ask this to help us investigate transit damage promptly — your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited by this timeframe) 3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Lost Parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it: 1. Check with household members and neighbours 2. Check any safe places where the carrier may have left the parcel 3. Contact us within 7 days and we will open an investigation with Royal Mail

7. International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. We are working on expanding our shipping options to Europe and beyond. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available.

8. Packaging

All Stylehess jewellery is shipped in branded packaging suitable for gifting. Items are carefully wrapped to prevent damage during transit.
